Payment Portal

Here are step-by-step instructions to set up your payment portal:


1. Create a rent portal account:


  1. Download the Resident App (Apple or Google Play)
  2. Click “Sign Up” on the homepage
  3. Search for “YOUR ADDRESS” (e.g., 319 College Ave, 227 Linden Ave, etc.)
  4. Enter your email address (that we use to contact you)
  5. Verify your account with your SMS and email


2. Link a bank account:


  1. Open the Resident app
  2. Click the three lines on the upper left-hand corner of the screen
  3. Tap the "Payments" dropdown menu
  4. Select "Payment Accounts"
  5. Press "Add a New Account"
  6. Follow the instructions on the screen


If you are forced to verify your bank account via the penny-deposit method, here is what will happen:

  1. The Resident App will require you to input your bank details
  2. Three to five business days later, you will receive a 'penny deposit' (e.g., $0.17)
  3. You need to go on the web version of the payment portal to verify the penny deposit amount
